CSAC

The central administration social committee (CSAC), reporting to the general director of administration and the modernization (DGAM), is convened alternately in Nantes and Paris.

The CSAC, created by law no. 2019–828 of August 6, 2019 on the transformation of the civil service, is a consultation body which meets at least twice a year. Its term of office is four years and its sessions are not public.

He is consulted for agents in Ile-de-France and Nantes on questions and draft texts such as the organization and operation of services, modification of internal regulations of departments, technological developments and working methods as well as their impact on personnel, real estate issues, etc.

The CFDT-MAE has 3 seats out of 11 at the CSAC:

Substitutes: Delphine GOULLIEUX , Emmanuel MOURIEZ and Julien BARBIER.
