Do you want things to finally change at the Ministry? Do you refuse to put up with your working conditions and pay? Do you have suggestions for improving your career paths? Do you want to take control of your professional life?
If the answer is yes, in addition to the possibilities of being assigned to Paris and Nantes as a permanent member of the Ministry’s 1st trade union organization, we offer you the opportunity, depending on your availability and schedule, to join us and take part in a stimulating and ambitious collective project.
- Join a stimulating, ambitious team
You can take part in collective work and make your voice heard by benefiting from a DAS (décharge d’activité de service ) of 10 to 20% of your working time (i.e. 1/2 day or 1 day per week). It is also entirely possible to schedule longer or, on the contrary, shorter DAS, depending on your wishes and availability. This scheme is already running successfully in Nantes and Paris, as well as in other countries.
- Enhance your career
This possibility of partial discharge is recognized and valued by the HR department, and was recently the subject of a publication on Diplonet. Once you’ve made your decision and informed your superiors, you don’t need to do anything else. We’ll take care of the formalities, on your behalf, with the social dialogue office (RH1D).
- Benefit from the experience of our permanent staff in a friendly environment
Like your colleagues already benefiting from a partial DAS in Nantes and Paris, you will benefit from adapted workstations on our premises, and will be trained and supported by our 8 permanent staff in Paris and Nantes.
In a friendly, stimulating environment, these experienced colleagues will enable you to develop your ideas and express your demands, while acting for the common good and promoting a committed, supportive and democratic trade unionism, concerned with the general interest and promoting social progress for all.
Abroad, your head of post will be officially informed of your DAS, and you can devote this time to union action, defending your rights and those of your colleagues, drawing up your local demands, preparing interventions in social dialogue bodies and leading section/member meetings, in liaison with the Nantes or Paris permanent staff member in charge of your geographical zone.
So, if you’d like to open up your professional horizons and find out a little more about DAS opportunities at CFDT-MAE, don’t hesitate to contact us atcfdt.mae@diplomatie.gouv.fr or make an appointment with one of our permanent staff in Nantes or Paris. We look forward to hearing from you!
