The implementation of the State's senior management reform has a direct impact on the career paths of category A staff within the Department.
The CFDT-MAE will ensure that the interests of SAEs, ASICs and translators are genuinely defended, in all their diversity, and will ensure that their careers run smoothly and particularly the fairness of career paths, in line with the level of responsibilities entrusted to them and which may be equivalent to those of a foreign affairs adviser/administrator of the State.
