Our results

The purpose of a trade union organization is to obtain results, that is to say new rights for the benefit of agents.

The list of advances obtained by the CFDT-MAE over the last 30 years:< /h3>

In 1994, implementation of the principle of “dual vocation” giving access, for agents < span dir="ltr" role="presentation">central administration bodies, with the same advantages as their colleagues in chancery bodies;

In 1997, following an appeal by the CFDT to the Council of State, recognition of the status of agents of the State for local law agents abroad;

In 1999, exercise of the right to vote of local recruits in professional elections for the CTPM;

In 2002, merger of category B bodies and transition to a single rate of family supplements (MF reform announced to the CTPM by the Minister in December 1997);

In 2006, removal of reductions on residence allowance in the event of sick leave abroad;

In 2009, removal of the numerical grade, perpetuation of the jobs of language trainers;

In 2010, theCFDT obtained the redeployment of the NBI of agents B in favor of category C agents;

In 2011, contractualization of salary scales and reduction of precariousness for local recruits (common law permanent contract) and implementation of 360° evaluation for supervisors;

In 2011-2012, implementation of the reclassification of category C agents into 3 IRE groups (from 12 to 10) instead of a single single group 12 (former group 24) in order to take into account functions exercised abroad;

In 2016, creation of the 1st Mediator within the Ministry;

In 2017, end of the unfair method of calculating the cost of living for ADLs which subtracted the percentage increase in < strong>price in France of the inflation rate observed locally ;

In 2018, on the occasion of the accession of the SIC bodies to the RIFSEEP, the CFDT-MAE successfully negotiated a salary increase for all ASIC and SESIC agents;

In 2019, after negotiation, the CFDT-MAE obtained from the DAF a more favorable reclassification of ASIC functions in the IRE groups;

In 2021-2022, the CFDT-MAE obtains from the administration that it reverses its position of not granting an annual compensation supplement (CIA ) to trainee civil servants;

In 2022, defeat of the plan to disappear the CCL and signature of aframework agreement on the modalities of teleworking at the central administration and , in case of special circumstances, abroad;

In 2023, creation of a new group 8 of IRE more favorable for SESIC andsignificant increase of €150 in bonuses for social service assistants, from January 1.

Still in 2023, the CFDT-MAE obtains the cessation of the application of the management rule of non-cumulation of the revaluation of a salary scale or framework and cost of living.

Our last congress, in 2022, focused in particular on better consideration of family expatriation and equity between agents (reform of the family supplement and change of residence allowance, calculation of family increases and conditions for expatriation of spouses).
