contract agents

The Joint Consultative Commission (CDI and CDD)

Thanks to its tenacity, the CFDT-MAE obtained that the CCP of contract workers meet 2 times a year (as is done for incumbent CAPs), then the merger of the two CCPs (contractual agents known as “ante Le Pors » and other contractual agents) become effective in order to raise the different statuses.

With their expertise, our elected officials intend to continue to defend all contractual agents (CDI, “pure” CDD » or civil servants seconded on contract) within the Joint Consultative Commission, ensuring in particular that the interests of all contractual agents are defended, in all their diversity of background and administrative situations.

Remuneration

The CFDT-MAE was heard on its demand for a review of the bonuses of contract workers at Centrale and IRE groups at abroad and their convergence with those of their tenured colleagues A, B and C.

Reducing the precariousness of fixed-term agents

The CFDT-MAE maintains that this ministry maintains too much precariousness and 'do not explore all possible ways to reduce it.

CDD agents, after having been trained and having performed their duties often with talent, are refused the renewal of their contracts after 4 or 5 years.

We do not understand the continuation of this policy even though the needs are long-term, and these agents are immediately replaced by new contract workers who must in turn be trained by their colleagues. This is a choice that seems to us to be of little relevance and of little benefit to the Department.
