57 boulevard des Invalides
75700 Paris Cedex
Tél : 01 53 69 34 77

Contribution

Your membership fee will be calculated on the basis of your index (nouveau majoré, the one shown on your pay slip), and the amount of your monthly central administration bonuses (if over €1,500) or your foreign residence allowance, if you are on assignment (see the 2023 membership fee schedule). Union dues are paid by direct debit. This method of payment is the rule for all members, whether expatriate or working at headquarters (a measure adopted by the Préfailles Congress on October 7-9, 2009). Please inform us of any changes to the information on your membership form.

Advantages

CFDT membership entitles you to union information, in particular La lettre du syndicat CFDT-MAE, CFDT Magazine (11 issues a year) and the journal of our federation INTERCO, as well as union training and individual and collective defense. We regularly send communiqués, news items, etc. by e-mail. If you do not have an e-mail address of the “xxx.xxx@diplomatie.gouv.fr” type, please provide us with another private address.

The tax credit, it’s official!

Article 23 of the 2012 amended finance law published in the French Official Gazette on December 30 introduces a refundable tax credit for union dues. As a result, our members (and future members) who declare their income and are taxed in France, are now on an equal footing and all benefit from a 66% refund on the amount of their annual dues, up to a limit of 1% of gross taxable income in the category of salaries, pensions and annuities free of charge.

We’re delighted to welcome you as a member of our CFDT-MAE union.
